We had three builders quote on our renovation at Bulimba and Nathan was by far the quickest to respond and was able to provide solutions on the spot to our creative questions at our initial consultation.

Following the consultation, I received a very formal and detailed quote of the works with a break down of each item from Nathan. The other two builders only called me and 'rattled off' some general figures. They did not instil me with a lot of confidence for reliability, particularly if an unplanned issue were to arise.

Nathan actually found some cost savings as the works progressed and offered to undertake some work outside the contract at no additional cost.
