Have Questions?

How will a renovation impact on my daily life?

We work around your life as best we can by keeping the job site safe , tidy and functional at all times.

What is your communication like?

As a small family boutique builder Nathan has a hands on approach to every aspect of the job and clear communication is a priority. Updates are done regularly onsite and through phone calls, emails and text.

Can you deliver on time frames and budgets?

Most of your renovation work will be done with our in house trades therefore minimising the need to work around and wait for other tradesmen. This is a bonus for timeframes , costs and budgets.
Our relationships with other trades and suppliers goes a long to ensuring your project gets finished on time. We have great relationships with our trades and only use hand picked fully licensed trades who have the same values and work ethics we do which allows us to continuously deliver superior workmanship, service and quality jobs all done to Australian Standards.
You’re in good hands when it comes to time management and completing projects on time.
Thanks to our experience in the Insurance industry, and to be classed as a preferred panel repairer we needed to meet and exceed specific Key Performance Measurers around Time, Cost and Customer satisfaction consistently – Which we are proud to say we achieved No1 in all of Queensland in 2013.
Usually placed mid way in competitive pricing however Nathan has the ability to think outside the box to create solutions that will work with your budget.
We sign Master Builders contracts with as much of the project at fixed prices as possible and with close estimates of PC or PS items so there are no surprises.

Will you take care of my property?

It’s our mission to treat your home like our own and provide a stress free experience.
Utmost care is taken working around personal items & floor covering and furniture is always protected. Doors are sealed when carrying out any dusty works, gardens and yards are protected as best possible during your project.

How long will my bathroom renovation likely take?

We will always give a clear indication of how long a project is due to take – on average our bathrooms take approximately 2-3 weeks.

What are PC & PS Items?

A PC item is an amount of money included in a contract sum to purchase a specified item such as tiles, taps, doors or bathroom fittings. An agreed estimated amount is included at contract signing but the specific products are not selected until a later stage. If the PC item varies, so will the final contract sum.
A PS or provisional sum is an amount of money included in the contract sum to cover work or materials, or both, the extent of which cannot be specifically detailed when entering a contract.
Typically, builders will include a PS for sitework costs. The builder is legally required to take reasonable steps to ensure an accurate site works cost estimate. However, in some circumstances, unforeseen events mean that the provisional sum is exceeded. This can be added to the contract sum.
For example, a building site may seem sandy and clean with minimal siteworks required.
However, there may be large rocks or tree trunks concealed below the surface which only emerge once siteworks commence.
