The Challenge

The objective was to create 3 modern bathrooms, laundry and open up the existing living area layout

The Solution

To achieve the desired layout we needed to remove sections of concrete flooring, walls and ceilings.
The lower floor level features quality marble floor tiling laid in a French pattern which took an absolute craftsman to lay to the desired level of finish.
All 3 bathrooms feature up to 3 different size wall tiles laid in a desired pattern for each room.
The main bathroom features a quality stone bath tub with a metal frame surround, a mind blowing amount of pendant lighting and an amazing recycled black butt vanity.
